Welcome to Tour Guide Albania. By using our website, requesting customized travel designs, contacting our coordinators, or completing a reservation booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
Tour Guide Albania designs premium, bespoke travel experiences. While we make every attempt to follow your exact requested custom itinerary layout (including regional routing, dining, and outdoor activities), local constraints such as alpine weather warnings, maritime safety, or sudden partner availability shifts may require dynamic adjustments. We reserve the right to modify schedules and offer comparable high-end alternatives.
An itinerary design request is considered tentative until a 30% non-refundable deposit has been received and cleared by our billing processor. The full balance must be settled 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of reservations and forfeiture of deposits. Specific details concerning cancellations and partial refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Our travel packages include active outdoor components (hiking alpine routes, sea transiting, scaling historic trails). You are required to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility limits, or food allergies during the planning phase. By joining our excursions, you agree that you participate at your own risk and follow instructions provided by local captains and guides.
Tour Guide Albania acts as an experience designer and coordinator. While we thoroughly screen and partner only with trusted high-luxury hotels, private yacht captains, and certified guides, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damage, loss, delay, injury, or death arising from services provided by external suppliers, weather disruptions, delays in flights, or force majeure events.
All custom itinerary graphics, logo symbols, brand themes, high-contrast imagery, and content on this website are the property of Tour Guide Albania and are protected by international copyright laws. Use or duplication of our designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
These terms and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute arising from these terms or travel agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tirana, Albania.
